We are looking for an π°π» πππππππππππ πππππππ for a position in π΄ππππππππ. The key responsibilities for our IT recruitment officer are :
- Analyzing and describing jobs.
- Building the sourcing strategy and finding the best talents.
- Conducting interviews, passing tests and collecting data for each candidate.
- Following each candidate’s recruitment process with the different clients.
- Negotiating salaries, contracts clauses and terms of collaboration.
- Following the candidates’ onboarding process.
- Making reporting and presentations for the activity’s advancement.
In order to fulfill the job requirements, you must be:
- Fluent in French (English is a plus).
- Experienced in IT profiles and recruitment 4.0.
- Familiar with the tasks listed in the job description.
- Motivated.
