 We are looking for an 𝑰𝑻 π’“π’†π’„π’“π’–π’Šπ’•π’Žπ’†π’π’• π’π’‡π’‡π’Šπ’„π’†π’“ for a position in π‘΄π’‚π’“π’“π’‚π’Œπ’†π’„π’‰. The key responsibilities for our IT recruitment officer are :

  • Analyzing and describing jobs. 
  • Building the sourcing strategy and finding the best talents.
  • Conducting interviews, passing tests and collecting data for each candidate.
  • Following each candidate’s recruitment process with the different clients.
  • Negotiating salaries, contracts clauses and terms of collaboration. 
  • Following the candidates’ onboarding process.
  • Making reporting and presentations for the activity’s advancement.


In order to fulfill the job requirements, you must be: 

  • Fluent in French (English is a plus). 
  • Experienced in IT profiles and recruitment 4.0. 
  • Familiar with the tasks listed in the job description. 
  •  Motivated.
